If the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline noted in business days, it is possible that the Seller or the courier have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, a day, or days, can be added to the estimated date. Some couriers and sellers do not operate on Sundays and this is typically factored in to delivery dates.

Freight will be charged on all orders unless otherwise advised, or selected during the and at the rate we receive from the courier company employed. Special delivery instructions must be given at the time the order is placed, and may incur additional costs or delays depending on the requirements. We will adequately package all orders and any claims for loss or damage in transit should be directed to the carrier in the first instance.
Returns and Refunds
If you need to return any part of your order or are due for a refund for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where goods are faulty, incorrect or for any reason do not conform to the original order we will arrange their return or disposal and either an exchange or a refund for the affected products. Any goods returned for refund or exchange must be in their original packaging, with tags and labels attached and unopened unless otherwise arranged with us.

Product Availability, Back Orders and Cancellations
All orders are subject to the availability of products. We will endeavour to keep our stock in line with advertised products and offers, but should a product be unavailable we will contact you within three (3) business days to inform you and hold your order until stock is available. If you prefer to cancel your order, please advise us and we will endeavour to refund the amount paid within three (3) business days of receiving your advice. Orders can only be cancelled up to the point of dispatch. Where products are discontinued we will contact you and give you the option of changing your order or receiving a refund.
