 Question / Answer What form of Payment Services do you provide?

Buy with confidence! Sellers currently have the capability to offer the payment methods of both Paypal or Stripe within our marketplace.


With PayPal, you’re protected from checkout to delivery. Your financial info is never given away to Sellers. And if something goes wrong with your order, your eligible transactions may be fully reimbursed.

You're Protected if:

1. Your order never arrives

2. Your order arrives, but it's significantly different than it was described

Purchase Protection may cover your purchases. You must open a dispute with PayPal within 180 days of your purchase or payment to initiate the Purchase Protection process. 


Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.

 Question / Answer How do I pay?

You can use a major Credit Card, or your PayPal account to buy. Once you have completed the checkout process, the payment is transferred to the Sellers account for processing and shipment of your order. That's it!

 Question / Answer Shipping, payment & returns?

Each store, has a "Seller Policies" link. This is where a seller will out line all the important information about buying from their store. If you have any further questions, please contact the seller before making the purchase so there is no confusion.

    Question / Answer What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal.Stripe.

 Question / Answer The item I want is out of stock.  Will it be offered again?

The majority of the inventory offered on consists of standard products. Quantities may be limited and the option of re-stocking is dependent on the Seller.  Products from independent Sellers may be limited to the quantity offered.  Products from Manufacturers or Distributors are generally re-stocked and offered on an ongoing basis!

 Question / Answer How do I order items with Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?

At this time we do not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.  All orders are processed online via the shopping cart.

 Question / Answer Is it safe to use my credit, or debit, card on your site?

Yes.  Our site employs Stripe or PayPal for payment processing via a highly secure SSL encrypted connection.  Your payment occurs with the payment processor, and no card information is stored on our site.  This allows us to maintain industry standard PCI compliance.  Sellers may choose to offer either or both payment processors. 

 Question / Answer Do you support back orders?

Orders may be shipped partial, or back-ordered dependent on the Sellers capability to offer real time inventory.  You should be notified of stock status, and whether any items may be back-ordered at the time of purchase.

 Question / Answer Do you have a catalog? is a 'virtual' online catalog. The entire product selection is online, and we do not produce a printed catalog.

By signing up for newsletter email, you'll be among the first to know about special promotions, the availability of new products from major brands, limited-time special offers, industry events, specialized technical know-how, product comparisons, and many other exciting features to help you get the most out of what has to offer!

 Question / Answer Do you charge sales tax on any item?

All Sellers set their sales & use taxes per their requirements and policies and taxes are passed through to the Seller at the time the transaction for property reporting and payment to tax authorities.

For any items offered byt, we are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped by within California. 

Note that most Sellers do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes on a Seller, or Sellers with a nexus, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of the respective taxing authorities.

 Question / Answer Which Internet browsers do you recommend/support?

Our site has been tested with, and should function properly when using contemporary browsers, including, Internet Explorer, Edge, Firefox, Chome, or Safari.  If you experience any browser related issues, please visit the Support Center, and report / explain the issue.

 Question / Answer What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser to shop at

A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web site which is stored on your computer's hard drive to improve your browsing experience.

If your browser's preferences allow it (most browsers are installed with cookies enabled), each web site can send its own cookie to your browser. To protect your privacy, cookies do not store personal information but instead use anonymous and unique identifiers. Each web site can only access the cookie they have sent to your hard drive, not the cookies sent by other web sites.

You may need to enable cookies on your browser to enjoy all the shopping features at Cookies need to be enabled on your browser so you can add products to your shopping cart and to access your account information. If you share your computer with others and you do not want them to have access to your account information, be sure to log out before leaving your computer unattended.  Question / Answer Can I combine multiple items on an order, or add additional items to my order once it has been placed?

You can combine multiple items from multiple Sellers on an order.   Unfortunately we are unable to combine multiple orders or add additional items to an order once it has been placed. We are only able to cancel orders and/or cancel selected item(s) before the order has shipped. Once an order is cancelled, and depending on our Site and Seller policies, it may take up to 24 hours before you are able to place a new order for the same items. Please note, if you cancel your order, you run the risk that your selected merchandise will be out of stock when you do re-order.

 Question / Answer How do I change the shipping address, or cancel my order?

Please contact customer service immediately if you need to change the shipping address of your order. Please be advised that orders may shipped very soon after placement, and it will not always be possible to make changes to the shipping address and/or cancel the order prior to shipment. Return Merchandise service is available on the site.  Simply review the RMA / Cancellation Policy, and/or Click Here.  Please be sure to also visit Seller Central to review any applicable Seller Return Policy(s).

 Question / Answer Do you price match?

Any requests to price match must be posed to the individual Seller(s).  There will be a Bulk Order request tool that can also be used to request a bulk quotation, or to simply request a price match. 

 Question / Answer Why was the item in my shopping cart no longer available at checkout?

The selection on our site is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment as maintained by our Sellers. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.

 Question / Answer Why is the item that I had in my shopping cart yesterday is no longer on the site today?

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guaranted a purchase for you. If you place an item in your cart, the price may change, or the items may be purchased by another Buyer dependent on the Sellers activity.

We recommend that if you see something you like, place your order as soon as possible!

 Question / Answer Are you authorized to sell the brands you advertise on your site?

Brands, and Brand information, shown on this site may, or may not be, sponsored by the manufacturer.  It is each Seller's responsibility to ensure they are an authorized online retailer of the brands sold on our site, or that they are the legitimate owner of any items being re-sold as new old stock, overstock, used items, or otherwise. 

We take great care to ensure that Seller's only offer or sell original merchandise (no knock-offs or fakes here!).  Question / Answer Do you sell new, or used products?

All of the merchandise on is offered by Sellers with inventory owned by them, purchased from brand manufacturers, or one of their authorized dealers. Some overstock or obsolete inventory may have been stored on the shelf for some time, and would be considered "New Old Stock".  We stand behind all of our merchandise, so please contact us in the event you feel something you received is not authentic, or has a manufacturer's defect.

 Question / Answer When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?

Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for credit card payment through PayPal and Stripe, and our Sellers have the ability to offer either, or both for your shopping convenience.

We recommend calling your bank to let them know you're trying to place an order so they can confirm your identity and clear your card for use again. In any case, since these error messages tend to come from your bank's servers and not from our site, we recommend calling your bank first for further information if you have received an authorization error.
